Sanlam Actuarial Bursaries 2021-2022

The Sanlam Actuarial Bursary was developed to assist students in the field of Actuarial Sciences with financial cover.

Sanlam has been in the business of planning futures for the last 100 years and their Actuarial Bursaries are a product of that. This Bursary is aimed at students with excellent analytical skills, and great problem-solving methods.

If you consider yourself to be independent and organized, then this bursary may just be what you’re looking for. Sanlam is looking for candidates that are willing to remain focused and disciplined through years of study and education to reach their career goals. 

Sanlam is a financial services group that is Africa’s biggest non-banking financial services company. Sanlam has been operational since 1918 and has grown to operate internationally with more than 10 million clients enrolled.

Closing Date

This Bursary closes on 31 July 2021. Please be aware that any applications submitted after this date will not be considered.

Latest Bursaries Available

This Bursary program provides financial cover for a students’ tuition and accommodation fees. A general allowance for textbooks and pocket money will also be provided. Students will receive continuous support and payment toward their actuarial board exams.

Vacation work will also be available along with mentoring and academic support from Sanlam actuarial professionals. Students are also guaranteed employment with Sanlam after the completion of their studies.
