Eligibility requirements
Applicants should meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Live permanently in Emthanjeni, Renosterberg or Siyathemba municipality in the Northern Cape.
- Be in Matric or have completed Matric.
- Be studying, or plan to study, towards a tertiary or trade qualification in any field.
- Have applied to or be studying at a recognised and accredited institution in South Africa.

- Proof of residential address in the eligible municipality
- Parent or guardian proof of household income
- Tertiary and accommodation fee statement, where available
