Learners will also receive a monthly stipend and will be requested to sign a learnership contract.

Nedbank Learnerships: Requirements

Applicants must submit a detailed curriculum vitae with complete contact details and contactable references with their application.  All documentation must be certified copies including all certificates, ID, and proof of address no older than three months.  Applicants must be South African citizens.

Applicants will be obligatory to have:

  • Applicants must hold a valid Matric
  • Including English and Mathematics on a level 4 or greater
  • Applicants must be willing to stay within the province of learnership offered
  • You must be able to communicate with clients
  • Applicants must be computer literate
  • Candidates must be from a previously disadvantaged background
  • Applicants must be self-motivated and a team player
  • Flexibility with a commitment to learn, but moreover willingness to work

Nedbank Learnership: Application

Nedbank learnerships applications online are available via their website. Interested applicants may have a look at current opportunities within their Graduate Program. Selecting any of the fields that they offer will re-direct applicants to a term of use page. Please read these through, then tick in the block at the bottom and continue. Open opportunities will now be displayed.

Applicants must now select the “read more and apply” button to obtain more information and apply. Candidates will now have to register on the site and complete all fields required. These fields include all personal detail, work experience, educational information, as well as language.

Applicants are reminded to ensure that the form is completed in full and signed by the applicant. All relevant documentation must be certified (not older than three months) and accompany application. Please ensure the learnership applying for is clearly stated.

Nedbank Learnerships Closing Date

Closing date for most of the learnerships offered by Nedbank is usually during July and August each year. Late application, applications missing documentation or incomplete applications will not be looked at. Thus applicants must ensure they are aware of the closing dates of each learnership.
