About the bursary and coverage
VWGA supports skills development through tuition, registration, accommodation, meals, books, stationery, a study laptop, vacation work and mentoring.
Eligibility
Applicants must be South African-born citizens, studying full-time in 2026 and continuing at an accredited institution in 2027. Minimum results: 70% Matric average with a bachelor’s pass and 65% tertiary average. Master’s and doctoral students are excluded.
Eligible fields include engineering, digital marketing, logistics, operations, IT, data science, finance, accounting, economics, international relations and business administration. Check your exact qualification against the portal’s list.
