The LPFF Bursary application period will end on 15 August 2022 at 12 pm.

For the academic year 2023, Openserve is encouraging students to apply for the Openserve Centre of Excellence (CoE) Undergraduate Bursary Program.
Who Can Apply
This bursary will cater to students involved in the following fields of study:
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering (Light Current)
- Information Technology
Applicants will still need to meet the following requirements set by the bursary provider:
- Applicants must be studying at a recognized tertiary institution.
- You must be a resident of South Africa.
- You must be a Matric graduate.
- You must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in one of the aforementioned fields.
- You must be a student in your second or third year.
- second-year pupils: In your first year of study, you must have obtained a minimum grade in Technology or Engineering of 70% and an overall average minimum of 65%.
- Students in their third year of study must have received at least a 70 percent grade in their Technology and Engineering courses and a 65 percent overall average.
- After completing your undergraduate education, you must plan to pursue a postgraduate degree (to the Master’s or Ph.D. level) in the same field.

The extent of the bursary’s financial cover will only be disclosed to successful candidates who have been approved for this program.
