As one of South Africa’s oldest Intellectual Property firms specializing in patents, trademarks, copyright and designs KISCH IP has been operating for over 140 years.
Although the company has been re-branded many times, however, the goals of the company remain the same; which is to become the most respected Law Firms across Southern Africa and the rest of Africa.
KISCH IP is known to focus on Patent Law to name a few more from Advertising Regulatory Broad, Anti-Counterfeiting, Commercial and Corporate Services. Copyright and Design, Franchising, Internet and e-Commerce.
Domain names and IP Audits. Valuations and Transfer Pricing. Licensing, Litigation, Tax-Advisory Services, Risk Management, and Trade Mark.
The company recognised the lack of higher education learning opportunities for the vast majority of the youth due to a lack of finance. They believe education is the key to upskilling key individuals with potential and offering financial aid to make a difference in their lives and create opportunities for future generations.
