Eligibility

  • Must be a permanent employee of a grower in the Waitrose supply chain, the child of an eligible permanent employee, or a child under that employee’s legal guardianship
  • The relevant employee must fall within the programme’s minimum-wage income bracket
  • Must study, or plan to study, an undergraduate qualification in an approved field
  • Must be registered or provisionally accepted at a recognised university or TVET college in South Africa, Namibia, Zambia or Zimbabwe
